Narradive Studios ("we") is a small independent game studio based in Türkiye. We collect as little as possible: this site has no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. This policy explains the limited information involved and your rights.

1. Who We Are

This site is operated by Narradive Studios, an independent team based in Türkiye. Under applicable data protection law (Türkiye's KVKK and the EU GDPR), we act as the data controller for the limited information below.

2. What We Collect

You can browse without an account or giving us any personal data. The only information involved is:

• Language preference: one value stored on your device (browser local storage, not a cookie) to remember English or Turkish. It never leaves your browser. We set no tracking or advertising cookies; embedded videos use YouTube's privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only after you click play.
• Server logs: our providers (Hostinger, Cloudflare) automatically process standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type to serve the pages and keep the site secure. We do not use it to identify you.
• If you contact us: if you reach us by email or on our community channels, we receive what you send, such as your name and your message.

We do not use analytics or tracking, and we never sell or share your data.

3. Legal Basis

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on our legitimate interests in running and securing the site (server logs) and on your consent when you contact us. Under the KVKK the same applies through the grounds in Article 5.

4. Third-Party Services and International Transfers

The site relies on and links to third parties, including Hostinger and Cloudflare (hosting), Steam, the Unity Asset Store, Discord and our social accounts. They act under their own policies and may process data on servers outside Türkiye and the EU. Please review their policies.

5. Data Retention

We keep messages you send only as long as needed to reply and for our records. Server logs are kept briefly by our providers; your language preference stays on your device until you clear it.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu), or your local EU authority. To exercise these rights, contact us below.

7. Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; changes appear here with a new date above.
